Lowe Vintage Instrument Company opened their doors in Burlington, NC in 2014, however the owners have been lovers of string instruments long before the idea for the store came up. Father and son Ed & Will Lowe turned a shared passion for music and vintage instruments into one of the most unique acoustic instrument shops in the Southeast. A 128-year-old building was converted into their establishment, featuring everything from acoustic guitars and banjos to mandolins, basses, and vintage electric guitars. They were in need of a Charlotte web design team that could create an attractive website for their business.

Animink was tapped to create a website that would convey how unique and comprehensive their shop is, and also feature their products in a creative and easy-to-use way. The site needed to provide information about who they are, but also feature their vast inventory in an organized fashion.

 

The result is a warm website with sweeping images of their showroom, information about the company, and fully database-driven inventory system. Each product features multiple images, a full description, and accompanying Youtube video(s) allowing the user to hear the quality of each instrument. The inventory is fully searchable, and users can be notified regarding specific instruments by simply signing up for the Lowe Vintage Want List. Animink is providing website maintenance services to keep the site up to date, and address any on-going concerns.

Additionally, the site features a brief listing of Accessories, and a comprehensive FAQ section answering most commonly asked questions.
